(March 21) - The City Prosecutor's Office here has filed estafa charges against a fake lawyer who duped his victims through text messages. Assistant city prosecutor Carlos Castaños found sufficient basis to charge Jeffrey Pangandoyon, a resident of Tibungco, with estafa before the Regional Trial Court. (from the Philippine News Agency)
