* University degree in Computer Science, or related IT degree or Communications/Journalism desgree
* Experience in IT/Call Center-related environment
* Experience in cross-national work.
* Knowledge of Trend Micro products is a plus
* Prior work experience with KM and self-service initiatives
* Strong interpersonal/relationship and communication skills
