Justice Secretary Leila M. De Lima has designated ten prosecutors to the Commission on Elections-DOJ Special Task Force that will conduct preliminary investigation and prosecution of election cases.
De Lima also ordered the regional prosecutors to assign two prosecutors for each province who will be part of the task force.
In Department Order No. 053, designated members of the Comelec-DOJ Special Task Force in the NCR are Senior Assistant State Prosecutor Roberto Lao, Assistant State Prosecutors Cesar Calubag and Diosdado Solidum, Jr., and seven other assistant state prosecutors.
