Brig. General Rodante S. Joya of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) gave his support to House Bill Nos. 1165, 1300, 1301, 1309, 2437 & 2634, or the Acts on Upgrading/Improving, Rehabilitation and Modernizing Airports.

HB No. 1300-CAGAYAN DE TAWI-TAWI AIRPORT, An act providing for the improvement and concreting of the Cagayan de Tawi-Tawi airport in the municipality of Mapu , Province of Tawi-Tawi;
HB No. 1301-SANGA-SANGA AIRPORT, Capital Town of Bangao, Province of Tawi-Tawi, An act providing for the improvement, rehabilitation and modernization of the Sanga-Sanga airport in the Capital Town of Bangao, Province of Tawi-Tawi;
HB No. 1309-SIBUTU AIRPORT, Province of Tawai-Tawi, An Act providing for the improvement and concreting of the Sibutu Airport in the municipality of Sibutu, Province of Tawi-Tawi;
HB No. 2437-UBAY AIRPORT, An act providing for the Ubay Airport Development to accommodate commercial domestic and aviation training flights;
HB No.2634-VIRAC AIRPORT, An act providing for the improvement, rehabilitation and modernization of Virac Airport in the province of Catanduanes;
