Requirements:
* A strong software-related technical writing background with a previous career path in software development, QA or Systems Administration
* Visio skills are a plus.
* Prefer at least one year technical writing experience in a technical field or end user/enterprise software environment.
* Experience in government products/financial solutions
* Functional Description:

* Educational and Typical Yrs of experience:
* BS/BA in English, Journalism or Technical Communication, Computer Science or directly related field.
* Some exposure to software/technical related field with writing experience in a previous job – Must be able to provide some type of user manual/guide writing samples, even if not directly related to a software or technical field
* Proven, superior communication skills, particularly writing skills, essential;
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply advanced concepts;
* Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and react positively to change.
* Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word – primarily), PowerPoint, and Excel)
