The Supreme Court has reset the oral arguments on the petitions on Cybercrime Law next Tuesday.
"Upon motion of the Office of the Solicitor General and approval by the members of the SC, The continuation of the oral arguments on Cybercrime petitions scheduled was moved to next Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, 2 p.m. at the New Session Hall.
According to SC en banc Clerk of Court Enriquetta Vidal, the oral arguments was postponed upon request Office of the Solicitor General who urgently summoned to Malacanang for a very important meeting.
The Solicitor General was supposed to defend the legality of the Cybercrime Law.
